NullReferenceException is thrown when Vanilla.Biome+SerializedArray is passed to the foreach statement
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached Unity project "Biomes"
2. Load scene "Test"
3. Select Tester in the Hierarchy
4. Press "Add Runtime Forest (Vanilla)"
5. Press "Serialize"
6. Press "Deserialize"
Expected result: Error pops up informing about inappropriate type in the foreach statement.
Actual result: NullReferenceException occurs.
Reproducible with: 2018.2.0a3, 2018.1.0b10, 2017.3.1p3, 2017.1.3p1, 5.6.5p2.

Resolution Note:
This particular case has been investigated thoroughly and we have decided, in the interests of protecting the stability and features of Unity for users that rely upon the affected versions, to not address this fix for the time being. We understand that this will cause problems for some users, and so may address in a future version.
