NullReferenceException errors when Test Runner window open with Entities package installed
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Delete all of the packages from manifest.json (do not touch the modules)
3. Install the recommended version of the Test Framework package (1.1.24)
4. Install the recommended version of the Entities package (0.11.2-preview.1)
5. Open the Test Runner window (Window > General > Test Runner)
Expected results: The console is empty
Actual results: A NullReferenceException is spammed in the console
Reproducible with: 2019.4.23f1(1.1.22)
Unable to test with: 2020.2.6f1, 2021.1.0b2, 2021.2.0a7(Entities package is not available)
