Null reference exception when instantiating a RenderTexture with an unsupported texture format
How to reproduce:
1. Open the "RenderTexture Test.zip" project
2. Press Tools > Render heightmap
3. Check the console
Actual result: Null reference exception is thrown in internal UnityEngine.Object.get_name() function.
Reproducible with: 2018.3.0a8, 2018.2.7f1.
Not reproducible with: 2018.3.0a11, 2018.3.0a9.
