Nodes' outlines are not visible when inspecting a VFX graph in the Visual Effect Graph Window
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “ASDQWE” project
2. Open the “Assets/New VFX.vfx” VFX Graph
3. Observe the nodes
Expected results: Nodes have various outlines representing their function
Actual result: All Nodes have a grey outline
Reproducible with: 2021.3.24f1
Not reproducible with: 2020.3.48f1, 2021.3.23f1, 2022.2.19f1, 2023.1.0b16, 2023.2.0a14
Fixed in: 2021.3.25f1
Reproducible on: Intel MacOS 13.3.1
Note: The issue disappears if the project is updated to a different version and then reverted to the same version
