[VFX] VFX Graph Context border is not rendered in the Workspace window
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new Unity project
2. Create VFX Graph Asset
3. Open VFX Graph Asset
4. In opened VFX Graph Workspace window observe Context borders
Expected results: The border around Context nodes are rendered correctly
Actual results: The border around Context nodes are rendered incorrectly
Reproducible with: 2021.3.24f1, 2021.3.25f1
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.23f1
