NetworkBehavior's Late Update is called 2 times on the first frame: before and after Update
To reproduce:
1. Open the project, attached by the tester (LateUpdateBug.zip)
2. Open the "SampleScene" scene
3. Enter Play mode
4. Press LAN Host(H)
5. Observe the console
Expected: Late Update is called one time - after the Update
Reproduced in 5.6.5p3, 2017.1.3p2, 2017.2.2p1, 2017.3.2f1, 2018.1.0b10, 2018.1.0b11, 2018.2.0a5

As UNet is Deprecated we are moving to low maintenance mode, where critical issues can get fixes.
