[Netcode for GameObjects] ArgumentException is thrown when re-entering Play mode
How to reproduce:
1. Download and open the attached "N4GOBug" project
2. Enter and exit Play mode
3. Enter Play mode again
4. Observe the Console window
Expected outcome: No errors appear in the console window
Actual outcome: "ArgumentException: An item with the same key has already been added." errors appear
Reproducible with: 2021.3.30f1 (1.5.2), 2022.3.9f2 (1.5.2), 2023.1.13f1 (1.5.2), 2023.2.0b9 (1.5.2), 2023.3.0a5 (1.5.2)
Reproduced on: macOS (Ventura 13.4)
