Nested Subgraph block property value is not passed through to the main graph
Steps to reproduce:
- Import the attached package
- Open Main graph
- Enter the subgraph block in the Output context at the deepest level
- Change its color to yellow
- Save the subgraph and confirm that its color has changed to yellow
- Return to the main graph and try to change the color of the Color Block property
Actual results: Color does not change
Expected results: Color can be changed in main graph
Reproducible with versions: 22.3, 6.0, 6.1, 6.2, 6.3
