Nested Objects Draw Gizmos twice when using DrawGizmo
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project "GizmoDrawBug.zip"
2. Open "SampleScene" scene ("Scenes" folder)
3. Select "Level" GameObject
4. Select "Nested" GameObject (expand "Level" GameObject)
5. Observe Scene View window
Expected result: Gizmo is drawn once
Actual result: Gizmo is drawn twice (much more opaque)
Reproducible with - 2020.1.0a9, 2020.3.2f1, 2021.1.2f1, 2021.2.0a12
Not reproducible with - 2018.4.33f1, 2019.4.24f1, 2020.1.0a8
