Reset functionality is not working for Off Mesh Link
Steps to Repro:
1. Create a new Project
2. Hierarchy > right-click > GameObject
3. Select GameObject > Inspector > Add Component > Navigation > Off Mesh Link
4. Change Cost Override value to 6
5. Make changes in Bi Directional, Activated, Auto Update
6. Cog wheel > Reset
Actual Result: Rest functionality is not working
Expected Result: Default values should be setted
Reproducible on: 2019.3.0a3, 2019.3.0b3, 2019.10f2, 2018.3.0f2
