Multiple scenes stay loaded if the editor is closed while in play mode
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Open and play sceneA
3. It will load additively sceneB
4. Close the editor while in play mode
5. Open the project again
Actual: A and B will be loaded
Expected: only A should be open just how it was before play mode
