MultiColumnTreeView does not auto-expand foldouts when autoExpand is set to "true"
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached “IN-101162” project
2. Open the "SampleScene"
3. Enter Play mode
4. Observe the result
Expected result: The foldouts in the MultiColumnTreeView are expanded
Actual result: The foldouts in the MultiColumnTreeview are collapsed
Reproducible with: 2023.3.0a15, 6000.0.50f1, 6000.1.4f1, 6000.2.0b3
Not reproducible with: 2022.3.62f1, 2023.3.0a14
Could not test with: 2021.3.52f1 (MultiColumTreeView not supported)
Reproducible on: Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environments tested
