Multi-display does not work when OpenGL Graphics API is used
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached "OpenGLMultiDisplay.zip" project
2. Open the Build Settings and make sure "SampleScene" is included in the build
3. Build and Run
Expected results: The player launches on 2 monitors
Actual results: The player launches on a single monitor
Reproducible with: 2017.4.31f1, 2018.4.5f1, 2019.1.14f1, 2019.2.1f1, 2019.3.0a12
Notes:
1. Does not reproduce on OSX
2. The identical setup works when using DirectD311
