Moving Tiles with the Tilemap causes the selected tiles to disappear
When starting a move with the tilemap, the tiles disappear initially before reappearing after being moved slightly.
To repro:
1. Download + Open attached project
2. Make a selection of tiles
3. Select the move tool and click and hold on the selection but do not move the mouse
Notice the tiles disappear. They will reappear once you move the selection one unit.
After dropping the selection, try to move it again. Notice that this time the selection does not immediately disappear.
