Moving states in Animator window reset all parameters
This causes triggers to fire if they were set at the begining of runtime.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a project which has a GameObject with a state machine attached. The state machine should have a triggered transition from active state to another state.
2. Enter play mode
3. Select GameObject to see its current animator state
4. Move a state, it will lag a bit and trigger will trigger
