Moving 2D sprite is laggy in Editor
To reproduce:
1. Open the project, attached by the user (jerky_movment.zip)
2. Open the "s1" scene
3. Enter Play mode
4. Observe how red ball lags a bit
Expected: sprite moves smoothly
Reproduced in 5.5.4p2, 5.6.0f3, 5.6.3f1, 2017.1.0p2, 2017.2.0b5, 2017.3.0a2
