Mouse position randomly jumps while holding the Left-Mouse Button and scrolling
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached "RenderStreamingTest.zip" project
2. Select "Download latest version web app" on the Render Streaming Wizard window
3. Enter the Play mode in Unity
4. Run the downloaded "webserver.exe"
5. Go to [http://127.0.0.1|http://127.0.0.1] on your browser
6. Select the "Receiver Sample" hyperlink
7. Click on the play icon
8. Click and hold anywhere in the browser game window with Left-Mouse Button and scroll simultaneously
Expected result: The mouse position remains in the same position when scrolling
Actual result: Mouse position randomly jumps when scrolling
Reproducible with: 3.1.0-exp.6 (2021.3.34f1, 2022.3.17f1, 2023.2.5f1, 2023.3.0b2), 3.1.0-exp.7 (2021.3.34f1, 2022.3.17f1, 2023.2.5f1, 2023.3.0b2)
Reproducible on: Windows 10, Windows 11
Not reproducible on: no other environment tested
Notes:
- The same issue happens without holding the Left-Mouse Button, but it is easier to observe it while holding it
- Mouse position changes are also observable in the Unity console
