Mouse position and mouse click input not recognized when rebinding is active
How to reproduce:
1. Open the project "IN_22606"
2. Enter the Play Mode
3. Press "Start"
4. Press "Cancel" or uncheck the check
Expected result: mouse click is recognized
Actual result: mouse click not recognised
Reproduible with: 2020.3.42f1, 2021.3.15f1, 2022.1.23f1, 2022.2.0f1, 2023.1.0a15
Notes:
- not reproducible if "Suppress Matching Events" is checked in Play Mode
- also reproducible in Player
