Mouse events are not detected
Changing Input.simulateMouseWithTouches to false, mouse events are not detected.
Repro steps:
1. open project "touch repro.zip";
2. build to Win Store Apps;
3. build and run project on touchscreen device;
4. connect physical mouse to touchscreen device;
5. press "change touch" to change Input.simulateMouseWithTouches to false;
6. click any physical mouse buttons. Mouse events are not detected;
