Mouse control difference between editor/standalone and webgl
-e: there is a difference with mouse input between editor/standalone and webgl.
--NOTE: currently blocked by http://fogbugz.unity3d.com/default.asp?675872
-repro:
--open project
--run scene in editor
--Click "Agent" in the upper left corner
--Click "1425" in the upper left corner
--Left click drag in the view
--NOTICE you can orbit the chair around
--build&run for webgl
--redo the same steps
--NOTICE you can't orbit the chair
