2) How can we reproduce it using the example you attached
1 Open attached project and open scene "scene"
2 Open CSharpScript.cs script in MD
3 Attach MD to the Editor
4 Switch to the Editor and press Play - MD must display Exception Caught dialog
5 Go to MD and unattach it from Editor
6 Repeat steps 3,4,5 and you should see error "Error while executing command: Stop"
