Mono Special Folder paths are resolving to locations outside app sandbox on iOS and Android
To reproduce:
1. Open project attached by the user
2. Build for iOS/Android with "MainScene" included
3. After opening project on the device check the console in the XCode - iOS
===== iOS
Expected: Environment.GetFolderPath(Environment.SpecialFolder.ApplicationData) should return private/var/mobile/Containers/Data/Application/[DeviceID]/Documents/.config path.
Actual: private/var/mobile/Containers/Data/Application/[DeviceID]/.config is returned instead.
===== Android
Expected: /data/user/0/[bundle identifier]/files/.config
Actual: /.config
Reproduced with: 5.6.2p4, 2017.1.0p1, 2017.2.0b4, 2017.3.0a2
