Model is not properly uploaded when using the SketchUp (SKP) format
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new project using the default 3D template
2. Import the user-provided *.skp files into the project
3. Inspect the Assets in the Project window
Expected result: Model has settings with set values and it can be dragged into the Scene
Actual result: Model has empty settings and it cannot be dragged into the Scene
Reproducible with: 2018.4.35f1, 2019.4.26f1, 2020.3.8f1, 2021.1.7f1, 2021.2.0a17
Notes:
- 2018.4.35f1 doesn't support 2019, 2020, 2021 file format
- 2019.4.26f1 doesn't support 2020, 2021 file format
- 2020.3.8f1 doesn't support 2020, 2021 file format
- 2021.1.7f1 doesn't support 2020, 2021 file format
- 2021.2.0a17 doesn't support the 2021 file format

Resolution Note (2021.2.X):
An issue with the 2021 SDK prevents us from upgrading and add support for more recent skp file formats. We're waiting for a fix from Trimble.
