[Mobile]OnDrop() function is not called when using a touchscreen
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "Case_1279352"
2. Open "SampleScene" Scene
3. In the Project Settings->Editor set Unity Remote Device to the device that's plugged in
4. Connect an Android device via USB
5. Open Unity Remote 5
6. In the Unity Editor enter Play mode
7. On the Android device click and drag a colored stick around the scene
Expected results: Unity Editor Console output "Dragged"
Actual results: No console output (OnDrop is not called)
