[Mobile Notifications] Default file name while saving preset of "Mobile Notification Settings" is invalid
Default file name while saving preset of "Mobile Notification Settings" is "Notifications:UnityNotificationEditorManager" which invalid hence preset file can't be saved, when default name is "UnityNotificationEditorManager" preset get saved,refer attached video.
Steps to repro:
1. Create a new project.
2. Window > Package Manager > Mobile Notifications (preview.5 - 1.0.4)
3. Edit > Project Settings > Mobile Notification Settings
4. Create preset of Mobile Notification Settings
Actual Result:
Preset file is not saved when default name is "Notifications:UnityNotificationEditorManager"
Expected Result:
Preset is saved with the default file name

Working fine in :
2020.1.0a6, 2019.3.0f2

Resolution Note:
Mobile Notification settings presets are not going to be supported for the time being.
