[Mobile] Internal function can not be found when project with ECS is built to mobile device
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Build and run to mobile device
3. Check Logcat
Actual results: Logcat throws Unable to find internal function `UnityEngine.Jobs.TransformAccess::SetRotation` and the scene is blank
Expected results: Application should open normally
Reproduced with: 2019.2.11f1; On 2019.3.0b9; 2020.1.0b9 application does not show error, but crashes.
Can not check in 2017.4; 2018.4 due to errors.
Tested with:
VLNQA00128, Samsung Galaxy Note8 (SM-N950F), Android 9, CPU: Exynos 9 Octa 8895, GPU: Mali-G71
VLNQA00290, Samsung Galaxy S10 5G (SM-G977U), Android 9, CPU: Snapdragon 855 SM8150, GPU: Adreno (TM) 640
