[Mobile] InputField gets corrupted and ArgumentOutOfRangeException is thrown when using certain emojis
Repro steps:
1. Open attached project
2. Build and Run on Android
3. Select the upper Input Field
4. Find and enter an emoji (see edit)
ArgumentOutOfRangeException is thrown
5. Type something into the field additionally
6. Press ok
Actual: The input field shows nothing and an ArgumentOutOfRangeException is thrown when selecting the emoji
Reproducible with: 2017.4.20f1, 2018.3.5f1, 2019.1.0a1, 2019.1.0a14
Not reproducible with: 2019.1.0b1, 2019.1.0b3, 2019.2.0a1, 2019.2.0a5
