Bright spots using Standard Water Asset
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project.
2. Make sure graphics API is set to "Metal".
3. Build and run the "Test" scene.
4. Notice the bright spots on the water surface(Pictures attached).

Resolution Note (2019.3.X):
By design: results are consistent across different platforms and graphics APIs, the water scripts came from unity 5.5 so it might be incompatible how it handles camera/rendertexture switching with later unity versions.
