The tag popup window is deformed and stretched out when creating a tag with the same name as an already existing tag
*Steps to reproduce:*
# Create a new Unity project using the Universal 3d template
# Select any GameObject in the Hierarchy window
# Click on the Tag in the Inspector window and click the "Add Tag..." button
# Press the + button to add a new tag
# Enter any name and press Enter on the keyboard
# Repeat step 4
# Enter the same identical name and press Enter on the keyboard
# Observe the Tag popup window
*Actual results:* The tag popup window stretches out and is deformed
*Expected results:* The tag popup window looks the same
*Reproducible with versions:* 6000.0.53f1, 6000.1.11f1, 6000.2.0b9, 6000.3.0a1
*Could not test with:* 6000.2.0b8 (feature was not yet introduced)
*Tested on (OS):* macOS Silicon Sequoia 15.5
