Mesh is rendered incorrectly when _Float16 property is used in Shader
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user's attached project
2. Open scene Scenes/SampleScene
3. In the Hierarchy window, double-click the GameObject "Cube"
4. Observe the Scene view
Expected result: a blue cube is visible
Actual result: the cube is invisible
Reproducible with: 2019.4.36f1, 2020.3.30f1, 2021.2.14f1, 2022.1.0b10, 2022.2.0a7
Notes: not reproducible on Windows
