Mesh disappears when Keep Quads is enabled in the FBX Import Settings
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user's attached project and Scenes/SampleScene scene
2. Enter the Play mode and observe the Game view
Expected result: The mesh is visible
Actual result: The mesh is visible for 1 frame and then disappears
Reproducible with: 2020.3.5f1, 2021.1.6f1, 2021.2.0a17
Not reproducible with: 2020.3.4f1
Could not test with: 2018.4.35f1, 2019.4.26f1 (could not downgrade)
Note: The issue is not reproducible when Keep Quads is disabled
