Mesh deformations create artifacts when using Skinned Meshes in Entities Graphics
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the “SkinMeshBug“ Project
2. Open the "Assets/Scenes/SkinnedCharacter/SkinnedCharacter.unity" Scene
3. Enter the Play Mode and observe the Game View
Expected result: Sub-scenes' GameObjects contain no artifacts
Actual result: Sub-scenes' GameObjects contain artifacts
Reproducible with: 1.0.0-pre.15 (2022.2.2f1)
Not reproducible with: 1.0.0-pre.15 (2022.2.15f1, 2023.1.0b12, 2023.2.0a10)
Could not test with: 0.17.0-pre.42 (2022.2.15f1 (Could not downgrade the package))
Fixed in: 1.0.0-pre.15 (2022.2.3f1)
Reproducible on: Intel MacOS 13.2.1
