Memory Profiler 'Snapshot Files List' scroll bar handle jumps to the middle when selecting a snapshot at the bottom of the list
How to reproduce:
1. Create and open a new project
2. In the toolbar, navigate to Window > Package Manager
3. In the Package Manager, select Unity Registry
4. Install the “Memory Profiler” package, from the list
5. Close the Package manager window
6. In the toolbar, navigate to Window > Analysis > Memory Profiler
7. In the Memory Profiler window, create a new snapshot by clicking “Capture New Snapshot”
8. Repeat step 7, until you have a reasonably large scroll bar (~20 snapshots, depending on window size)
9. Scroll down and select one of the bottom most snapshots
10. Wait for the snapshot to load
11. Observe the Memory Profiler window
Expected result: The scroll bar handle remains at the bottom
Actual result: The scroll bar handle jumps up, usually to the middle scroll bar shaft
