Memory leak when using Native Plugin in Windows IL2CPP Build
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "MediaPipeUnityPlugin-all (bugreport_20240318).zip"
2. Build And Run the project
3. Open Window>Analysis>Profiler
4. Attach the Profiler to the Player
5. Select the Memory tab in the Profiler Window
Expected results: Memory is not increasing
Actual results: Memory is increasing
Reproducible with: 2022.3.28f1, 2023.2.0a22, 6000.0.1f1
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.38f1, 2023.2.0a21
Reproducible on: Windows 10 22H2
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
