Mecanim animator transitions are lost/changed on upgrade to 5.0
To reproduce:
1. Open project "REPRO" with 4.3.4f1
2. In the project navigate to Avatar > AvatarCTRL and open the animator window, inspect the transitions (like Pointing to Idle1)
3. Close the project and open it with 5.0.0a1
4. Open the animator and notice that half of the transitions are gone. The transitions that are left have the wrong conditions set
