[Mecanim] Animation states in sub layers don't blend smoothly with base layers in unity 5.2
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached "MechanimTransitionBug" package
2. Open and play "BugTestScene"
3. Notice how animation jumps between few animations
4. Select "Geo_Driver2" in hierachy and open animator window
(You can see that there is base layer with idle animation and second layer with empty state which has transition to an other animation.)
