[Metal] Realtime Lightmap Color is wrongly generated, when Material's Albedo Color is set

How to reproduce:
1. Open user's attached project
2. Observe the indirect lighting

Expected result: Realtime Lightmap is blue when Material's Albedo Color is red
Actual result: Realtime Lightmap is red when Material's Albedo Color is red

Reproducible with: 2019.2.0b1, 2019.2.1f1, 2019.3.0a2, 2019.3.0a11
Not reproducible with: 2017.4.31f1, 2018.4.6f1, 2019.1.14f1, 2019.2.0a14, 2019.3.0a1

Note:
- the issue is reproducible on MacOS, not reproducible on Windows
- Reproducible only on Metal, not reproducible on GLCore
- lighting is generated wrongly on the color change, the issue occurs when the object is moved
