[Lighting][iOS][Metal] Bounced light is inverted using both Enlighten and Progressive lightmappers
To reproduce:
1. Use project attached by QA
2. Clean GI Cache and Rebake lighting (Albedo scene)
3. Build and run on iOS
Expected result: Lighing should bounce in the correct order
Actual result: Bouncing is inverted
Reproduced with: Unity 2019.3.0a3, 2019.2.0b4, 2019.2b1, 2019.2.0a10
Not reproducible: 2019.1.4f1, 2019.2.0b6
Regression since 2019.2.0a7
Devices: iPhone XS Max iOS 12.3, iPhone SE iOS 11.4.1, iPad Pro 10.5" iOS 10.3.3, iPad Mini 3 iOS 10.3.2
Not reproducible on Android platform.
Not reproducible with GLES3 API
