Universal: Material with Standard shader can be rendered opaque when set to Transparent Rendering Mode
Both for Forward and Deferred rendering path particles that uses material with Standard shader in Tranparent mode can be rendered as opaque. That depends on position in the scene.
Could be some sorting issue.
