[MARS] Builds fails with the error “Please enable the 'ARCore' plugin in 'XR Plug-in Management'.“ when ARCore is enabled
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project "ReproProj" with the Android Platform
2. Open the “/Assets/Scenes/SampleScene.unity” Scene
3. Build And Run

Actual result: Build fails with error message “Please enable the 'ARCore' plugin in 'XR Plug-in Management'. Open Project Setting > XR Plug-in Management > Android tab and enable `ARCore`.“
Reproducible with: 1.5.0-preview.2 (2022.3.4f1), 1.5.0 (2022.3.4f1)

Testing environment: Windows 10 Enterprise 21H2
Notes:

Resolution Note:
We do not have any additional MARS updates planned at this time. The workaround is to go to Assets > XR > Loaders in your project and rename the "ARCoreLoader" asset to "AR Core Loader".
