Making object child of some parent changes the childs scale
1 Open project
2 Open scene "OrgScene"
3 Check "Child" object in Hierarchy and notice: Scale is 1;1;1;
4 Make "Child" object child of "Parent" and notice: Scale of "Child" object is not 1;1;1;
5 Make "Child" object not child of "Parent" and notice: Scale of "Child" object is not 1;1;1;
Repeat steps 4,5 few times and check scale of "Child" object

Issue reproduced in 5.0.1.f1 and 5.1f1.

Issue repeated in 4.6.1p2 as well.
Please help.
