[MacOS] Using Keep Alpha in videoclip importer settings alpha channel gets flipped by Y-axis after Transcoding
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project "1172601.zip"
2. In Project window select "dancer.1.webm" videoclip
3. Observe in the Preview window that on the right the alpha channel (white silhouette) is upside down
Expected: the alpha channel is in the same orientation as the original video
Actual: the alpha channel is shown flipped on the Y-axis
Reproduced on:

Not reproduced on:
2018.4.6f1 2019.1.0a10
Notes:
- Doesn't reproduce on Win10 machine
- Also reproduces with .mov videoclips
- Reproduced with Metal and OpenGLCore
