[macOS] Shift and mousewheel does not adjust the Stamp Height value for the Stamp Terrain brush
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new Unity project
2. Add a GameObject > 3D Object > Terrain
3. Select the 'Paint Terrain' option on the Terrain and then select 'Stamp Terrain'
4. Attempt to increase the 'Stamp Height' value by holding shift and scrolling the mouse wheel
Expected result: the 'Stamp Height' value changes
Actual result: the 'Stamp Height' value remains the same
Reproducible with: 2018.3.0b6, 2018.3.0f1, 2019.1.0a3, 2019.1.0a8
Not reproducible with: 2019.1.0a9, 2019.1.0a11
Notes:
Does not reproduce on Windows
In later 2019.1 versions the height adjusting functionality has been moved to control and mousewheel, working properly
