[macOS] Resetting size of the Tile Palette Brush Pick overlay expands the overlay vertically unproportionally
How to reproduce:
1. Open any project
2. Open Tile Palette Window
3. Toggle Tile Palette Brush Pick overlay
4. Expand the overlay if Collapsed
5. Right click and select "Reset Size"
Expected result: Overlay resets to original opened size
Actual result: Overlay expands vertically unproportionally
Reproducible with: 2023.1.0b8, 2023.2.0a6
Can't test with: 2020.3.45f1, 2021.3.19f1, 2022.2.10f1 (Functionality not implemented)
Reproduced on: macOS Monterey M1
Couldn't reproduce on: Windows 11
