[Win11] Tile Palette Clipboard does not reset size when Expanded
How to reproduce:
1. Open any project
2. Open Tile Palette
3. Toggle Tile Palette Brush Pick and Tile Palette Clipboard overlays
4. Expands both overlays in Scene View and try resetting sizes
5. Try Collapsing and Expanding and resetting sizes in both states
Expected result: Overlays act the same in expanding
Actual result: Tile Palette Clipboard does not reset size when Expanded
Reproducible with: 2023.1.0b8, 2023.2.0a6
Can't test with: 2020.3.45f1, 2021.3.19f1, 2022.2.10f1 (Functionality not implemented)
Reproduced on: Windows 11
Couldn't reproduce on: macOS Monterey M1

Resolution Note (fix version 2023.2):
This issue has been fixed. The "Reset Size" feature sets the overlay's size to its default width and height.
