How to reproduce:
1. Open user-submitted project (OnAppPauseTest)
2. Build and run the project
3. While the application is focused open the Launchpad
4. Check the Player log
Expected result: OnApplicationPause/OnApplicationFocus is triggered upon opening Launchpad
Actual result: OnApplicationPause/OnApplicationFocus is not triggered upon opening Launchpad
Reproducible with: 2017.4.35f1, 2018.4.15f1, 2019.2.18f1, 2019.3.0f5, 2020.1.0a19
Notes:
