[MacOS] Hub is Unable to Create a New Project with latest version of Unity Editor

- By default, while creating a new project, only 2D and 3D templates are available in the Templates window.
-Refer attached video and screenshot.
How to reproduce:
1. Download and install 2021.2.0a18 via HUB

Environment:
macOS 10.15
