[macOS] Gizmos in Scene view cannot be clicked on
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new Unity project/Open the attached project
2. Select any GameObject
3. In Scene View attempt to move the GameObject by using the move tool
Expected result: the GameObject can be moved/rotated/scaled
Actual result: the GameObject gets deselected when gizmos are clicked on
Reproducible with: 2019.2.0a10
Not reproducible with: 2017.4.23f1, 2018.3.11f1, 2019.1.0b10, 2019.2.0a9
