[Scene view] Move, Scale, Rect transform tool is not working when display scale is set to 125%, 150%, 175%
Unable to select an object in the scene view and Move, Scale, Rect transform tool is not working when display scale is set to 125%, 150%, 175%.
Precondition:
Go to display settings of the monitor and set the scale to 125% or 150% or 175%.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new project.
2. Right-click in hierarchy > 3D object > Cube.
3. Click on Move transform button on the upper-left corner of the editor.
4. Move cube by grabbing handle.
Actual result:
Unable to select an object in the scene view and Move, Scale, Rect transform tool is not working when display scale is set to 125%, 150%, 175%.
Expected result:
Move, Scale and Rect transform tool is working properly and Object can be selected by clicking on it in the scene view.
Reproducible in: 2019.2.0a10
Not reproducible in: 2019.2.0a9, 2019.1.0b9
