Previous Game Object gets selected when right-clicking on different Game Objects in the hierarchy
To reproduce:
1. Open up the attached project ("1129995_repro_project.zip")
2. Open up scene "SampleScene"
3. Go to Hierarchy
4. Try right-clicking on the GameObjects in the hierarchy
Expected: The right-clicked Game Object should be selected when clicking on it
Actual: The right-clicked Game Object gets selected after right-clicking a few times on other Game Objects
Reproduced in: 2017.4.22f1, 2018.3.7f1, 2019.1.0b5, 2019.2.0a6
